Living And Dining Areas   Living Areas     The main lounge is a bright and spacious area that looks out through the triple patio doors to the pool area. It is tiled throughout with a large decorative rug in the main seating arena. This double storey height room has a cathedral ceiling and gallery. It is luxuriously furnished and decorated with two large leather sofas, and a large coffee table plus two occasional tables, which are wrought iron with coloured slate tops. There is a second lounge area to the front of the house, which is carpeted and also has two large leather sofas, a coffee table and two occasional tables.   Other additional features in these rooms are: Large screen TV DVD/Video Large selection of movies (suitable for kids and adults) Collection of family games and Books Playstation 2 + games   Dining areas     The formal dining area is connected via an open square arch from the kitchen and is carpeted. It is furnished with a formal dining table with six chairs, which is elegantly dressed with mats, napkins, wine glasses and an attractive centrepiece. There is ambience lighting provided by low hanging lamp above the table and a standard lamp in the corner.     The informal dining area is in a small nook off the kitchen and is ideal for breakfasts and kids meals. It is equipped with a mahogany table and eight chairs.
